Unfortunately Hemal wasn't there to do my wax even though I made my appointment with her. The young lady who did it was nice but she was okay, she left some hair behind. So make sure you book with Hemal because she's great! My appointment was done fast so that was nice. FYI they charge an extra $5 in person for a sensitive wax even though I'm pretty sure it was normal wax. Still got the job done

My first Brazilian in many years. I was nervous, but read reviews on this place. It was easy to make appointment, facility was clean . Sweetie was very nice, explaining everything she was doing. She was very gentle, but quick. Minimal pain, she kept conversation to distract me, and offered to stop whenever I needed a break. Took 10 minutes tops! I did experience redness with red bumps afterwards. I applied ice pack, put aloe from my plant on it and wore loose comfy sweats. I was able to put my Jean's back on by evening to enjoy a night out! I will definitely go back in 4-5 weeks!
