Bug Busters, Woodstock

After just one treatment (my first time ever having any mosquito yard treatment), I was amazed. Although they say it may take a few treatments and that it doesn’t get rid of all the mosquitoes, me and my family didn’t get bitten even once. As a matter of fact, we didn’t even see a mosquito for 6 weeks! I don’t know what they use, but it’s extremely effective. Since using them, I thought all mosquito control companies were all created equal, so I blindly entered a 1-year contract with Active Pest Control because they had a great deal. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. They must have been spraying water because every time we went outside, we would see mosquitoes and subsequently suffer from the bites. It was awful for the entire 12 months. I would call them several times and they would send another tech out for additional treatments to no avail. The mosquitoes continued to be a problem every day the weather was warm enough, so it was a complete waste of my money for an entire year! BUT, I’ve learned my lesson and couldn’t be happier to be out of that contract to return back to Bug Busters!

The first week was great. Not a single mosquito in sight. However, that ended quickly. They were back the very next week. I would say it's a waste unless your just trying to have a mosquito outside event.
