About Fire & Ice Restaurant

It doesn't get much more homey than Fire & Ice Restaurant. First of all, the decor is a combination of knotty pine walls, chandeliers shaped like twisted branches, and vintage signs extolling the joys of fishings. Then there's the food.

Locals can dig into everything from smoked brisket sandwiches to half-pound Angus burgers. The biggest appetites can attempt the Hawg-Zilla, a massive double-layer sandwich stuffed with pulled pork, pork tenderloin, and barbecue and nacho-cheese sauce. They can also order a whole roasted hog to share with all their friends or to feed the Bigfoot hanging out in the nearby woods.

Meals conclude on a sweet note with the restaurant's house-churned ice cream. The chef makes new flavors every day based on seasonal ingredients.

What fantastic BBQ, homemade potato salad & coleslaw & many others! Whimsical cabin atmosphere and outstandingly fun service. I can't wait to return! Don't hesitate to go, you won't be disappointed. Upon leaving, saw an awesome bar in the rear with room for a party of 30+. Oh, the ice part is homemade ice cream! YUMMY!

Fire and Ice was a little bit of a drive for us,but well worth it! The food,the staff and the atmosphere is excellent! I highly recommend them! Almost forgot....the ice cream....amazing!
