The place is fun- took my 12 & 14 year old. Had a bad experience due to lack of help from staff using the groupon. I explained I was canceling the order to redo it bc I had a 20% coupon to use on the groupon. as I explained this she pulled up my order/voucher on her computer and found my voucher. I told her not to redeem it bc I had a coupon and she did it anyway! I asked her why she did that when now I could not cancel and redo because Order was now complete! She just handed me the tickets. I will not go back due to this.
