We made our visit the Friday after Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully decorated for the Christmas season and we thoroughly enjoy our time there. The only thing that could have made our visit more enjoyable would have been to have a guided tour available. But that involves a lot of work for the volunteers and most people who offer their time probably have many other commitments at this time of the year.
