What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the results I deliver. Small biz owners are good at what they do, but some times they don't wear a "marketing hat" or have the time. That is when I come in and start shouting from the rooftop about their brand and their services. Seeing their website traffic increase makes me smile.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
After revamping a client's website - she extended an offer to hire me full time. That offer spoke volumes as feedback in my performance!
