What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I incorporate Chinese-language medical literature and primary research into the development of my acupuncture protocols. This enables me to provide flexible treatments appropriate to the modern world and rooted medical tradition.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Before becoming an acupuncturist, I was involved in translating classical Chinese texts. When I began to explore the books of Chinese medicine, I became an intrigued and decided to make a career out of it.

What do you love most about your job?
As much as I like the nuts and bolts of acupuncture, the thing I enjoy most about practicing medicine is building relationships with my patients.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One particularly spirited elder gave me a bear hug and urged me to spread my knowledge. "If only I had known you years ago," he said, "I wouldn't have had to suffer with this bad knee!"
