VERY UNORGANIZED! MY APPT WAS AT 4 GOT THERE AT ABOUT 3:50 UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE USING THE ROOM ON SOMEONE ELSE AT THE TIME SO HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST 15 20 MINS TO THEN WHEN THEY DECIDED TO TAKE ME TO THE ROOM THEY JUST HAPPENED TO STILL BE CLEANING IT UP AND HAD ME WAIT AT THE DOOR. THEY CLEARLY DID NOT SANITIZE FIRST OF ALL THEN IF YOU LOOKD ADOUND THE ROOM COLD HAVE BEEN VERY NICE AND RELAXING UNTIL YOU REALIZE THERE ARE NO WALLS AND IS EXTREMELY OUT OF DATE AND "GHETTO". THEN WHEN IT WAS ACTUALLY TIME FOR THE MASSAGE THE LADY WAS CLUELESS AND DIDN'T EVEN ASK WHAT WAS NEEDED AND OR IF I WAS ALLERGIC TO ANY LOTIONS OR CREAMS. SHE WAS IN SUCH A RUSH I COULD BARELY RELAX AND ENJOY THE MASSAGE THEN SHE DID NOT HIT ANY PRESSURE POINTS AND SHE WAS EITHER TO ROUGH OR TO SOFT MIND YOU IT WAS A "DEEP TISSUE" MASSAGE. IN THE END SHE MASSAGED MY FOREHEAD BY APPLYING WAY TOO MUCH PRESSURE I HAD TO ASK HER TO STOP BECAUSE IT WAS GIVING ME A HEADACHE AND NOT TO MENTION THEY CUT THE MASSAGE SHORT BY AT LEAST 10 MINS! SEEMS AS IF THEY JUST SENT ONE OF ANY OF THERE EMPLOYEES JUST TO GET THE JOB DONE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! UNFORTUNATELY I BOUGHT ONE FOR MY MOM FOR XMAS (WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN) HOPEFULLY SHE DOES NOT GET THE ASIAN LADY AND HAS A BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN I DID. HORRIBLE JOB!! BUT THE SALON ITSELF IS VERY NICE THE BEST PART WAS THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WHO ACCOMMODATED MY SON WHILE I WAS GET THE MASSAGE.NEVER AGAIN
