Purchased this deal twice, paid the shipping back in December and did not receive my order. I have been told that shipping is delayed due to COVID, I’ve waited over 6 months and received nothing

I purchased two vouchers in 2020. I received the first order after sending an email directly to the store because it had been more than 2 months since I placed the order. Comics were in good shape and I only received one duplicate . I Expected more vintage but that was ok for the price paid in CDA $. I still haven't received the second order I placed and can't get a reply from the store anymore. Looks literally like they went out of business. It's been 4 months since my 2nd order and still no news. I'm not impressed . And I don't understand that I can't complain directly to Groupon on the customer service link. It just states "Thers's been a delay in your shipment" No kidding ? Basically , order directly from a store you know if you've been an avid Comic Book Fan like me .I categorized this one as a gimmick ! This is my first bad experience with Groupon and I have been using Groupon since 2017
