What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
CrossFit Lavon provides a personal trainer setting without the hefty price tag of a personal trainer. We have three coaches on staff, guiding you through your movements and workouts. Encouraging and pushing you to reach your full potential.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
It's all about the community and the friendships that you build within the gym. You look forward to tackling the workout with your friends on a daily basis.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After gaining 40lbs in 3 months I realized I needed something more than just a regular fitness center. I did my first CrossFit Class and was hooked. Once I lost weight I realized that I really enjoyed showing others how to get fit and be healthy.

What do you love most about your job?
The people! They become part of your family. Their accomplishments become your accomplishments. You're building bonds and helping people with their own personal goals, whether it be losing weight, gaining muscle, helping them be successful is what it's all about.
