The staff was nice, but they (or at least the person who took care of me) had no idea about how the Groupon worked.

My hair trim was fine but the atmosphere made me want to leave as soon as I brought out my groupon. I tipped well as I always do with groupons but I would not go back or recommend it to anyone. I really wanted to turn around an leave as soon as I walked in. Lacked professionalism and good customer service.

People who work there should be able to do any service and not wait for 1 person for hair coloring. Should be prepared for any color customer wants and the amount.
