Very easy, fast, effecient, professional, and friendly service. I plan to go there again the next time I need an oil change.

I have never had trouble with a groupon being incorrectly applied to my bill. But even with the extra time and follow up, I can say I was left with a good experience with both Valvoline and Groupon Customer care.

I paid $86 for the Groupon and the cost of service was only 76 when I went to pay. I overpaid and still had to pay $7.52 in taxes because Groupon doesn’t take that into account. This was the worst purchase I’ve ever bought on Groupon and I am very dissatisfied. I also went to the wrong Valvoline at first and drove across town to the correct one to use the Groupon and then they still said I was not at the correct one even though the address was listed on the Groupon details.
