I’m not sure if they are really licensed because you’re not suppose to use soft wax on places where you need hard wax. She actually hurt me more than anything my skin was inflamed afterwards. Even when she was waxing me I asked her do she not do compression after pulling she was laughing half the time from my reaction. She didn’t get all my hair because she only used soft wax. I wouldn’t recommend
