Our driver Arif was incredibly accommodating - he waited almost 3 hours for us when we were delayed and only passed on a very reasonable charge. Great customer service, great value, lovely clean car. I will definitely use again if I go to NYC and will recommend to friends.

We were very pleased with Five Star Limo Service. The driver called to make sure our plane arrived on time; the car was comfortable; our conversation with the driver was pleasant; we arrived in Manhattan on time. We made arrangements to meet after our appointment, and the driver was prompt. We enjoyed our ride back to the airport, and we hope there will be another Groupon available next time we need a ride to Manhattan,.
