What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our classes allow our members to build strength faster, workout correctly every time, reduce injury risk, and never feel like you didn't have a good workout. We're clean, family-style, and passionate about helping our members reach their goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We keep the energy high and utilized an interval timer to keep the pace up. We don't demean people, we encourage. We hold our members accountable and keep track of progress so we can progress our members when they need it. We're here to get people to their goals, and teach them how to STAY there.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We were tired of fitness being percieved as this inaccessible, exclusive thing. Fitness is for everyone. It's a lifestyle. We want to build a community that supports each other and builds each other up. We want to empower people to go get their change and then live their Change.

What do you love most about your job?
The best thing about our job is sharing brand new experiences with our members. When people realize they could do something they never could do before, that they've progressed, that's the best feeling. It's a privilege to work with such great people who really make they effort to live their change.
