I’ve only attend two classes thus far and this is not Pilates in the Classical sense. (Joseph Pilates reform method). This is like a boot camp form of Pilates :). I was sweating and sore the next day. A different way to strengthen muscles from core with isometric movements. Both instructors where energetic but I found Jami to really get me motivated. All in all it was fun and challenging.

This was my first time doing a Pilates class and I’m so glad I chose this location! Everyone was so warm and welcoming! Lisa was a great instructor and really helped me out throughout the session. I highly recommend this spot. :)
