Trees-R-Us Christmas Trees, Yorba Linda

The place isn't there any more, but it was good when it was.

Went to the lot in Orange. Poor customer service. When someone finally acknowledged our presence, we mentioned we had the groupon and we were directed to the "groupon trees". They only had 2 trees left of the type we ordered (the lot itself was full of trees). The 2 remaining "groupon" trees were in poor shape, very thin and dry. They were nice enough to tie our tree to the roof of our car, but in the process left some nice and muddy footprints inside our car. Definately will not be returning to Trees-R-Us. If you sign your company up for groupon promotions don't offer the old leftover trees for those folks, especially if you want them returning

We received a large Grand Noble for tree. Beautiful! The best tree we ever had! Totally worth the extra drive miles to Yorba Linda. Friendly helpful staff.

When I got there, they segregated a few trees off against the fence tagged for "Groupon." I asked why I couldn't choose any tree I wanted. They said the trees were of lesser quality than the others of their main area. Okay, that statement is a downer in itself. Then I argued that they were the exact same tree type. Then they said they've had trouble with Groupon. I wanted a tree from the main area & simply suggested they switch the tags. They would not. This was a ludicrous situation & their lot help in Yorba Linda wasn't exactly glowing of my beloved Groupon.. Still, all in all my tree looks great and is very fresh.
