About Snyder Strength
Zach Snyder designed Snyder Strength & Conditioning to be different from what many think of as the stereotypical gym space. Rather than filling the facility with weight machines and distracting, TV-enabled treadmills, Snyder Strength & Conditioning relies on body-weight exercises and traditional free weights to help users get real results from their workouts. Instead of plugging in and tuning out, exercisers are encouraged to focus on "proper movement mechanics"— or movements that people use in everyday life, like pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, and sprinting. This means that every personal-training session and group class is focused not on maxing out weight, but lifting right, and honing safe, effective techniques. This concentration has helped make Snyder Strength & Conditioning the go-to facility for members of all skill levels, from pro-lifters to those who are new to the world of barbells and free weights.
