Problems accepting my Groupon...when I used it twice but not at once! Two separate times...first time had a credit second time was concerned because credit was not showing for items i brought in for cleaning :(

gave me a hard time regarding groupon and 1 of my items was pressed incorrectly/dropped of 10 items and all press with a crease in front.1 was not.now I have to go back up there and I dont have the time.

The Groupon was paid in advance and was a 50% savings. If I go to the cleaner's and pay in advance I get a 50% discount. So why buy a Groupon?
