I love my guest reactions to the serivices and the interactions I have with them.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I've had a young lady cry and refer her family and friends to me. I know service her, her mother, threee sisters, and 3 of her classmates.

I've been on a quest to find the perfect manicure. A manicure that is close to home, but, most important lasts!!! My quest had ended at studio B. I will return to studio B.

The view was nice. I didn't realize I would be charged extra for the removal of my gel polish. Had I known, I would've removed myself. I was hoping for more attention to detail. She only put one coat of my polish on my toes. A bit disappointing.

Excellent customer service, but unsanitary facility and tools unfortunately. Nothing is up to code or properly cleaned between customers. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars because she is amazing with gel nails.

Professional, super friendly staff, in a cozy personal environment. You get 100% attention. It's fun, relaxing and with the groupon a great price. The service is top notch,good attention to detail. I loved it!
