What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a God-centered, family oriented business. Our primary goal is to help individuals, and their families, maintain a healthy lifestyle. For this reason we open our class to anyone who is 10 years of age or older. Classes are kept relatively small so we can ensure everyone receives great service.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Motivation is about understanding clients on a individual basis and finding ways to relate with them. Establishing this understanding helps motivation to be genuine and personalized.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Watching Indiana repeatedly being ranked as the most unhealthy large metropolitan city in the U.S. Is heartbreaking. Sempose Fitness, along with other passionate health enthusiasts, want to do whatever we can to make Indiana healthy again!

What do you love most about your job?
I love to receive the calls/text when a client is taken off medication because their health has drastically improved. I love the testimonials and tears that accompany conquered goals. I love helping families adapt a healthier lifestyle
