The service was great. I encountered a problem with loading the program, so I wrote to groupon customer service, and they had Microsoft customer service to reach out to me needless to say, they resolved my issue on the first try. I appreciate the quick reply as well as the fast resolution. Great experience. Thank you to both customer service departments.
