During the drivers improvement program, students complete a course workbook over the course of a flexible class schedule; classes are offered four times a week. Upon completion, the students' participation will be reported directly to the Virginia DMV.
The reckless/aggressive driver course helps students grapple with the causes of reckless and aggressive road behavior and teaches methods to avoid such driving.
Students earn five good points on their driving record for completing the drivers improvement program. Taking these classes may also help students lower their auto insurance premium, or get tickets dismissed or reduced in traffic court.

About AA Driving Academy
AA Driving Academy was founded in 1994, but its instructors all have experience that dates back to before then and have taught thousands of students. They use this wisdom as the fodder for the academy's various courses, including behind-the wheel training for adults and teens and a Drivers Improvement Program. In that, students can add good points to their driving record. They also learn skills that could make them safer while out on the road or while weaving a go-kart through a crowded grocery store.
