The woman ( Alixa) was not friendly at all, she had her arms crossed and was forcefully and very pushy trying to up grade me to hard wax for an additional $15, when I said no, she was very rough with me, she would not leave the wax on my skin long enough to stick and would pull, which would pull my skin with it. She literally hurt me. I do not recommend this place at all.
