Laguna Niguel: Three Pilates Equipment Group Classes
I absolutely love Pure Pilates! I never exercised regularly, and needed a routine to stay fit and build strength and support my bone health. I used this introductory offer to view this club as a trial run for me, and I'm hooked and now a regular. I highly recommend Pure Pilates, and this Groupon is a great way to give it a try without a commitment. The instructors are top notch and make sure everyone works out safely and enjoys their experience.
This was my first time at Sweatstar Yoga, first time for hot yoga and years since my last yoga class. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and informative. The instructor was steady and smooth in her teaching.
This is a small studio that practices traditional Pilates. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and offer different techniques for beginner to advanced.
Groupon expired when I was pregnant and could not attend the mostly hot yoga classes. I respectfully asked if they might even honor a few of the classes past expiration and was denied. I think this is sad and not very compassionate considering this business touts itself as a wellness business that cares about pregnant women.
