I had their food at a catered wedding reception last summer and it was very good, so when I saw the Groupon I went for it. Unfortunately I never got to the other side of the city to use it until the last week before the Groupon expired. I brought the whole family and everyone enjoyed it, except the 4 year old who really likes pepperoni pizza. He generally likes any kind of pizza as long as there's pepperoni, but he just didn't like the sauce. That is the one comment I heard from a friend.

The inside is very quaint. The outside is very off putting. The signs on the windows do nothing for the little gem that this place is. Sorry to say however, the wait-staff needs a little polishing and training. On one visit I heard about the young ladys new apartment and how her cat peed on the new rug, and on another, The waitress could not open our bottle of wine, and the white wine was very warm. Asked for ice and recieve a small glass of Ice. Sometimes the experience of the staff can make the food taste like a million bucks.

What You'll Get

Italy has given us legendary works of art, from the evocative paintings of Caravaggio and da Vinci to the miniature meat sculptures of Boyardee. Admire edible Italian masterpieces with today's Groupon: for $15, you get $30 worth of Italian fare at Bella Pasta Café.

The chefs at Bella Pasta Café placate grumbling stomachs with a menu of house-made Sicilian dishes with a French flare. Dinner parties inaugurate meals with appetizers such as battered and sautéed artichokes French ($7.95), which take respite in a lazy river of sherry-wine sauce. Buxom bowls of linguine gorgonzola ($14.95) tangle fresh cheese and onions with perfectly salted bits of capicola, and the house’s pasta special ($13.95) tosses freshly snipped angel hair with artichokes, kalamata olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. The chef’s renowned French sauce swathes a sextet of choices, including tender chicken ($14.95) and succulent scallops ($16.95), as well as artichokes ($12.95) and Monet paintings. Restless fingerprints can leave their mark on slices of homemade pizzas ($8.95–$15.95), spicy or sweet wings ($7.95–$29.95), or one of 12 hot subs ($6.95–$8.95).

Though Bella Pasta Café sometimes offers discounts online, this Groupon still presents the best available deal.
