That painstaking approach is thanks to founder Archna Becker, who's racked up multiple awards and accolades such as a Restaurateur of the Year nomination by the Georgia Restaurant Association, and being named "Best Indian" in multiple publications dating back to 2006. And while Archna's dishes, such as ground turkey kebabs, shrimp curry, and veggie-stuffed samosas, are heavy on flavor, they're light on cream and butter, instead highlighting the fresh flavor of roasted spices. Bhojanic uses family recipes which have been handed down for three generations.
