Positive praise to Matt and his team! They are all very professional, personable and attentive. They made my lil dog and I feel very welcomed. They even did an awesome job on servicing my SUV and explaining in detail other work that needs to been. Thank you Big-O Tires Hayward on Mission!

Mark and his crew were great! There wasn't an option on Groupon for an appointment so I drove there for a walk in. I was immediately greeted by Mark. Instead of turning me away without an appointment, he kindly welcomed me in and told me that it would take about 45 mins to an hour for an oil change. A lot quicker than I would've thought. Thank you Mark and team!
