As a woman and my past experiences with mechanics, I felt seen and understood. The owner/ manager was very thorough he asked probing questions and explained what needed to be done and the importance of why it needed to be done. Very educational/ knowledgeable on every step. I went in for a wheel alignment needed a new strut system and he actually showed me why. I felt that I left my care in good hands and the repair was quick and efficient. Price was fair I would definitely go back. The woman at the front desk was very kind and patient as well
This was a really good deal and the SMOG testing service was great. No hassle, no fuss. I will absolutely buy this again for my next vehicle that needs it.
