Since relocating to new West Loop digs earlier in 2015, the kitchen at Bin 36 has stayed busy crafting their signature take on modern American cuisine. In fact, their move has come with some upgrades, including a patio with comfy outdoor couches and a cold-drip tower that infuses wines with various scents and flavors. From their new home just a half-block from Restaurant Row, Bin 36 has upped its food game, poaching DC-area chef Shane Graybeal to overhaul the menu. Guests will find everything from small plates of grilled baby octopus to rustic entrées of braised lamb neck, all of which, of course, pair beautifully with the wine selection.
Wine is what Bin 36 became known for, after all. Countless bottles are on display throughout the dining room, several of which guests can taste in the many wine flights available.
