In The Hangover, a few dissimilar characters discover that they work best as a team. That's not the plot of a blockbuster film—it's a summary of the ingredients in one of Burger Joint's signature creations: a patty topped in bacon, fried egg, and the usual cohorts of tomato and american cheese. The rest of Burger Joint's half-pound burgers echo this pairing of playful names and playful toppings. For example, the Crazy Greek stacks feta and gyro meat on top of a cheeseburger, while a Hot Mess covers burgers in chili, onions, and cheddar. Bun, burger, toppings—the chefs perform this dance well into the evening.
Burger Joint's team also cooks more traditional burgers and gyros, and they hand cut regular and sweet potatoes for their signature fries. Their prompt turnaround makes the Burger Joint an ideal carryout spot, though the restaurant's decor isn't an afterthought. Each location features local photography, HDTVs, and tables and stools made from reclaimed wood.
