What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are inspired by Pasqua Rosee, who opened the first coffeehouse in London in 1652 Florian, Italy’s oldest cafe which opened in Piazza San Marco, Venice; and Cafe Procope who started a cafe where gentlemen of fashion drink coffee, exotic beverages, or eat a sorbet.
