1. How long is each session?

Each Sip & Pour session is 90 minutes long.

The candle making process lasts about 45 minutes plus an additional 45 minutes for the candle to begin cooling. Between heating and cooling, theres plenty of time to chat and sip.

We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes before your reservation.

2. What if Im running late?

If you are running late, please call to reschedule for the next available reservation.

Our last appointments on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday are 5 pm, Fridays through Saturday 7:30 pm. Guests running over 20 minutes late for our last reservation time slot will have to reschedule for another day. Reservations are non refundable for no shows or cancellations. Reservation reschedules are available up to 90 days after purchase.

3. Is Lux BYOB?

Yes! Guests are welcome to bring the following alcoholic beverages:

• Beer
• Champagne
• Seltzers
• Wine

Hard liquor/food are not permitted. Glasses, ice, and bottle openers are available upon request

4. Does my child need supervision?

Children under the age of 17 and under must have a parent or guardian present during the entire session. Safety is a priority at LCL, because guests will be handling hot liquids and fragile glass, children under the age of 13 are not permitted.
