As everyone else has said, this is a scam and fraud. I didn’t notice the reviews when I purchased. This merchant marked the Groupon as redeemed yet never responded to emails to schedule. Groupon has refunded me in Groupon bucks but this listing should be removed!!!

This is a scam. Do not buy. They redeemed my voucher and didn't even have the massage yet.

There’s no phone number available to contact the property for appointment. I emailed as instructed, never received a reply for scheduling. I checked my Groupon to follow up, over a week later and see it was FALSELY redeemed! I contacted both Groupon & the spa. I demand a full refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ITS A SCAM.
