Had to re-schedule a couple times. Left 1.5hrs. early 2nd cleaning, missing many tasks. Finally made it for 3rd cleaning but floor needed to be re-done with areas totally missed and did not dust anything in master bedroom. Nice person but unreliable and does a rushed very mediocre job.

In October, I purchased from Groupon 4 hours of cleaning for 3 times for $189
Someone from Carnelian Pristine Cleaning came out and cleaned for 2 hours.
She said she would text or email me the next time she could clean.
It is now January and I have yet to hear from her. I have emailed her many time with no response from her. I also called the company, which she owns, many times and it goes to voicemail and then says mailbox is full.
Do not use this company! She has avoided me for 2 1/2 months and I will be seeking a refund

Sorry for the miscommunication. Each home is cleaned to each client expectations. If a cleaner was there for 2 hours all cleaning needs must have been meet before the cleaner leaves. Please provide me the details of what was not cleaned during your cleaning session.
You purchased four hour (3x) cleaning sessions, unfortunately you cannot combine multiple addresses with the coupon.
I did communicated this information to Groupon in October. You should have contacted for explanation.
Again I apologize for misunderstanding of the Groupon Coupon.
