First they over charged based on "average heights in the neighborhood" despite evidence showing house height is less then few months later gutters are clogged again. They claim it must be a birds nest so refuse to fix. Don't waste your money

They missed my initial date that I had to call and remind them of. Before the man showed up he told me he was charging me extra for gutters over 20ft which I don’t have. They finally come at night to clean my gutters in the dark and left the gutter guards on my lawn and dirt all over the side of my house and my porch. I definitely do not recommend their services for gutter cleaning.

I used them for gutter cleaning and they did a mediocre job. They overcharged me for doing the second level of the house, even though ther groupon covered 2 stories, and then did nor clean the downspouts. I definitely would not use them again.

Both workers were friendly, professional & did an “outstanding” job of cleaning out my dirty gutters. They also cleaned up afterwards and left everything used at my house in order. Would definitely use Carpet Boss Restoration again. Thanks for a job well done!!!

This is a update to my previous review, I spoke to the owner Kevin, who gave excuses about the job not being done correctly. He told me he would fit me in his schedule. Less than 10 minutes later, he called me berating me about my 1 star review and tried to intimidate me to change it or pay for him to come back out to correct it. I had everything recorded due to me having previous issue with scams

Horrible! Owner cashed in voucher and never cleaned my carpet. Complete scammers! Owner came to my house and said machine to clean my one bedroom rug cannot be wheeled up a handicap ramp that everyone uses including mom’s with baby carriages! He was a big beefy guy too. I offered to roll it into my home and he said no. Don’t ever use them. He wanted to charge double the amount I paid Groupon to carry it up 4 stairs instead of using ramp that goes directly to my front door. Dumb!!!
