What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer a wide variety of services including custom websites, remote support, full custom built PC's and IT consulting. Oh, and did we mention that we also repair computers, Mac and PC alike?

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have run local business in the Chico Area and in the Bay Area, and we see the same, run-of-the-mill Tech shops everywhere we go. We want to offer something that no one else is. We think we do a rather good job of that.

What do you love most about your job?
Everything! From the challenges presented by a client or customer, to the people we interact with on a daily basis. There is nothing to not love!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A woman cried after we recovered her late son's photos from his Macbook. That stuck with us.
