Cut partial highlights or color with collagen spray and blowout
I had a much needed haircut and highlights after about a year of neglecting my hair. Tonya not only did a fabulous job, she shared many tips on care and what to request from future stylists for my fine, wavy hair (ie: no razor cuts).
