I'm writing a second review as an update of th first one I left on March 4. Micha told me she was no longer accepting Groupons yet she is showing as active and people are continuing to set appointments. She said she was experienced with my complexion but I don't know if this is true since she never followed up with me regarding the treatments I was seeking.

I didn’t get 3 treatments due to covid and she up charged for exfoliating the skin, granted I did glow afterwards I just wish I knew about up charges before agreeing to it. The only other thing is the product used made my eyes sting because it was all massaged. I wish I could get my full treatment

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My services are very personalized on the client. I am Master European Esthetician, more then 15 years, now CA License, I did Advanced Clinical Aesthetics, working with one of the best plastic surgery doctor on N. Roxbury Dr. at Beverly Hills. In Europe I was working with plastic surgery doctors and dermatologist, this gave me a lot of knowledge, I do take the time to give very good explanation to each client's need.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
European Esthetisian are well known for good services, I want to give my experience from Europe into my new business here. The knowledge of here with my experience from Europe makes "The Max Package" in a service to my clients. One a client had tried my hands on stays a client forever, client happy, me happy too.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to make people happy and see the smile on there faces after my treatments.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I have seen people in my spa who had have cancer and no more eyebrow because of the medical treatments they had, making there look back to normal, I've seen tears of happiness, get warm hugs, they became my friends for lifetime just because of my work / hands on, make them feel pretty / alive again.
