First time using Groupon. Some prior reviews said that this can only be used for the 9am trip, but I had no problems booking this for 12pm. Simple process: get a voucher code from Groupon, go to the Harbor Breeze website, add tickets to cart, type in voucher code, done. Harbor Breeze quickly sent me details afterwards.
The guides were awesome. We saw 5 grey whales and the captain knew where to go to see them. We stayed out slightly longer to stay with the whales, it was nice that the crew were not rushing back to the harbor. Overall great experience.
It was a great place to take the kids for a couple of hours. They got to see some amazing animals for the first time. My son was particularly excited about the alligator. There’s hardly any walking involved, so much easier to get around than the zoo.
