What You'll Get
Though coveting thy neighbor's wife or underground sprinkler system is beyond the pale, longing for a mouthful of his cuisine is an understandable desire. Today's Groupon satisfies desires to eat from the table of our nation's neighbor: for $6, you get $12 worth of fresh Mexican fare at Costa Vida in Colleyville.
Since 2003, Costa Vida has been passing on their passion for food and life by infusing zest into every meal, made from scratch daily with fresh ingredients. With certified executive chef David Prows at the helm, the Costa Vida menu features fiesta favorites such as enchiladas ($3.99–$5.99), quesadillas ($3.99+), and nachos ($3.99+). Bite into a burrito bursting with cheese, cilantro lime rice, black or pinto beans, and your choice of sweet pork, grilled steak or chicken, shredded beef, raspberry chipotle chicken, chili verde, or vegetarian ($5.49+). Top it off with one of four savory signature sauces: mango, red enchilada, roasted green chili, or tomatillo cilantro (additional $0.99). Tantalizing tacos fold a hand-made tortilla into an envelope, containing a mouthful of a message that says te amo to tastebuds with shredded cheese, leafy greens, pico de gallo salsa, and preferred protein, and served with cilantro lime rice and black or pinto beans ($4.99–$5.99 for one).
At Costa Vida, senses sail away to Baja in a setting surrounded by flat-screen TVs showcasing wave jockeys racing toward the frothy finish line, and bumping with buoyant beats.

About Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill
JD and Sarah Gardner's vacation to Cabo San Lucas on the Baja coast changed their lives. Both the fresh-made local cuisine and the surf-side lifestyle inspired the pair to re-create their experience in their restaurant, Costa Vida. Now a chain, each location showcases videos of surfers on flat-screen TVs, upbeat music, and the award-winning cuisine of their executive chef. The cooks in each kitchen handcraft fresh flour and stone-ground-wheat tortillas each day and slow-cook shredded pork and beef with all-natural ingredients. To accommodate a range of customers, the chef recommends options for healthier eating and avoidance of allergens, as well as a nutrition calculator for almost all the restaurant's offerings.
