DO NOT get there early! Me and hubby did and they don't seem to like that because I think they live right there on the property and I rang the cow bell which got the chickens, rooster, cats and ALL the bird species going(8AM)!!! felt like we disturbed BIG TIME since they do NOT open shop until time noted at front office. However, they were VERY nice to accept my expired Groupon w/NO trouble at all. Thank you!

What You'll Get

Numerous ecological regulations impact our fish, yet few volunteers are interested in doing the hard work of registering them to vote. Canvass your local waterways with today's Groupon to Cracker Creek Canoeing in Port Orange. Choose between the following options:

  • For $20, you get a two-hour kayak or canoe rental for two (up to a $40 value). This option is valid for one canoe, one double kayak, or two single kayaks.
  • For $40, you get a two-hour kayak or canoe rental for four (up to an $80 value). This option is valid for one or two canoes, two double kayaks, or four single kayaks.

Cracker Creek Canoeing saddles guests with boats for a quiet cruise through Spruce Creek's 2,000 acres of untouched wilderness. Guests nab included paddles and safety gear and push off the dock for a two-hour glide across black-water streams with the natural beauty of a park ranger's first steps. Ripples emanate outward across the vast expanse of protected nature that lines the creek, where paddlers may drift in wonder past wildlife including manatees, alligators, kingfishers, and herons. Trips meander through a variety of habitats, including the bustling greenery of a cypress swamp and the thrumming life of a hardwood forest, home to a handful of critters on the endangered-species list. The company's canoe connoisseurs augment treks with a handicap-accessible boat launch, restroom facilities, and picnic areas to feed hungry canoes by hand.

About Cracker Creek Canoeing

One of the few undisturbed black-water streams still coursing through Florida, Spruce Creek teems with endangered wildlife flitting through placid waters and along its verdant shores. The outfitters at Cracker Creek Canoeing equip adventurers to explore those backwaters with kayaks, pontoons, and even hydro bikes, which chart courses through dense hardwood forests, cypress swamps, and coastal marshes. Additionally, Cracker Creek Canoeing’s launch point occupies a 20-acre 1930s homestead retrofitted with picnic tables, restrooms, and maps for hopelessly lost tugboat captains.
