Choose Between Two Options

Students must begin with the CrossFit On-Ramp program, which orients them to CrossFit’s methodologies and exercises over introductory sessions. Students come away with knowledge of proper CrossFit lift and exercise techniques, as well as a grasp of the philosophy behind the program.
After these orientation sessions, athletes can begin training with unlimited classes. Each day, CrossFit soldiers tackle a brand-new Workout of the Day (WOD). At CrossFit Grounds, trainers lead clients toward their desired fitness goals with CrossFit’s principles of varied, functional fitness. Athletes perform a different Workout of the Day (WOD) each day.
