The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly! Would recommend! The people were nice and the exercise always left me sweating. I will definitely come back once my schedule frees up a bit.

About CrossFit Insanity

Even in a group setting, people receive personal attention during workouts at CrossFit Insanity. The coaches achieve this by tailoring Olympic-style weightlifting, gymnastics, and plyometric exercises for each person. That way each session can incorporate both seasoned athletes and newbies, who get fit by swinging kettlebells of differing weights and jumping onto boxes of differing heights. Other scalable exercises include performing pull-ups or flipping tires that are big enough to fit onto a tractor or defective Hot Wheels car.
