About CrossFit Insanity
Even in a group setting, people receive personal attention during workouts at CrossFit Insanity. The coaches achieve this by tailoring Olympic-style weightlifting, gymnastics, and plyometric exercises for each person. That way each session can incorporate both seasoned athletes and newbies, who get fit by swinging kettlebells of differing weights and jumping onto boxes of differing heights.
