Loved this little salon! Have had multiple appointments since the original Groupon because whoever you book with does an amazing job. They are so detailed and easygoing.
I had a great experience with Lauren—she was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I’ll definitely go back to her.
However, I didn’t appreciate the pressure from the front desk. After already purchasing through Groupon, I was encouraged to pay directly through the office and buy more units, which felt uncomfortable.
I hope the front desk approach becomes less pushy in the future.
