What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Red velvet is one of our most popular cupcakes. It is prepared with real Hershey’s cocoa and a decadent cream-cheese frosting.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started baking with my mother at the age of 9. She taught me recipes that have been handed down from my great grandmother, I then turned them into cupcake recipes.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to deliver high-quality baked goods to my customers as well enjoy them myself.
