DexaFit was amazing! Won did a great job explaining the meaning behind the body scan. I initially went in there for the 3D body scan; however, I was interested in a more in-depth detail of my body, so I decided to do the Dexa scan as well. And wow, so much valuable information. I would recommend doing the body scan to get a different perspective of your body and track future progression.
