What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Threading is a technique that dates back centuries and is a big part of our culture in Nepal. As it has become more popular here in Las Vegas, we decided to share our expertise with the great people that make up Las Vegas.
What do you love most about your job?
A challenge. We see many customers who have struggled for a long time to get their brows to look their best. We love to earn the loyalty of customers who place a high value on a job well done. We are truly great at what we do and have no problem proving it time and time again.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A customer who literally shed tears of joy the moment she looked in the mirror after having her eyebrows threaded and tinted with us. She had never realized this was even an option for her. She later wrote us a letter thanking us for changing her perception about what was needed to look her best.
