The "EA" in EA Fit Club may be the initials of founder Eric Atherton, but really, it's all about you—your lifestyle, your fitness goals, and ultimately, your desire to improve. A certified personal trainer backed by more than five years of experience, Eric leads his clients to better health with knowledgeable, dedicated training. His high-energy bootcamp-style classes—which, unlike real boot camps, do not feature a drill sergeant screaming the lyrics to the _Macarena_—challenge muscles with various strength and conditioning drills, including plyometrics, sprints, and kettlebell training. Most importantly, perhaps, is Eric's ability to work with exercisers of all backgrounds, from professional athletes to fitness newbies.
