Eliot is very skilled and a good teacher. It is a wonderful atmosphere of respect and learning from sensei and peers. My daughter loves the relaxed but strict feel of this dojo. Great workout with competition jiu jitsu skills as well as defense taught.

Great coaches and learning atmosphere. There are plenty of classes available here. I've been to a few other mma gyms and this is by far the best, in my opinion. Come try it out. It's a lot of fun.
